Incorrect/Missing/Defective merchandise (Please get in touch with our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your items if you discover any issues with your products)

To accommodate address errors or potential moves, we allow address changes prior to shipping. If you’re uncertain of your address at the time of product launch, we strongly recommend waiting to confirm it once you’re sure—provided this is before the estimated release date.

(Please note: Submitting an address change request does not guarantee approval. You will be notified of your request status via email.)
