Description:
We are looking for a Japanese/Chinese customer service representative to join our team. Customer service representative serves a vital function in our company, ensuring that our customer's needs are promptly met - answering incoming emails and placing and processing customer purchase orders.

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for processing customer inquiries on order and tracking logistics
2. Responsible for communication with customers and solving customer queries
3. Maintain a positive relationship with customers by supporting customer needs, providing timely feedback, and follow-up on sales issues

Qualifications:
1. Obtained a Bachelor's degree
2. 1 to 2 years of experience in e-commerce customer service is preferred
3. Fluent in both Chinese and Japanese
4. Excellent communication and problem solving skills
5. Proficient in office softwares
6. Patient and detailed oriented
7. Work well under pressure and have a strong sense of responsibility
8. Work well both independently and in a team setting
9. Intention to work long-term and willingness to undergo company training
