English/Chinese Customer Service Representative

Description:
We are looking for an English/Chinese customer service representative to join our team. Customer service representative serves a vital function in our company, ensuring that our customer's needs are promptly met - answering incoming emails and placing and processing customer purchase orders.

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for processing customer inquiries on order and tracking logistics
2. Responsible for communication with customers and solving customer queries
3. Maintain a positive relationship with customers by supporting customer needs, providing timely feedback, and follow-up on sales issues
Qualifications:
1. Obtained a Bachelor's degree
2. 1 to 2 years of experience in e-commerce customer service is preferred
3. Fluent in both Chinese and English
4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
5. Proficient in office software
6. Patient and detailed oriented
7. Work well under pressure and have a strong sense of responsibility
8. Work well both independently and in a team setting
9. Intention to work long-term and willingness to undergo company training
