Responsibilities

  1. Create high-quality illustrations based on designer requirements, ensuring character designs align with the game’s setting and overall theme.
  2. Design compelling visuals for promotional and peripheral materials (e.g., posters, ads, social media content, packaging) that meet marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

  1. Independently lead product design projects from concept to final production, ensuring both creativity and feasibility.
  2. Conduct design reviews and deliver innovative, brand-aligned solutions based on user needs.
  3. Analyze industry trends, user insights, and competitor strategies to inform product planning.
  4. Explore new materials and techniques (e.g., eco-friendly options, interactive features) to enhance product innovation and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications

  2. 3+ years of experience in merchandising or licensed product design; background in toys, gaming, or cultural IP is a plus.
  3. Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (AI, PS) and 3D tools (e.g., C4D, Rhino); capable of rendering and producing technical drawings.
  4. Familiarity with production processes (e.g., injection molding, UV printing, soft vinyl) and cost/supply chain considerations.
  5. Portfolio required demonstrating full design process from research to final product; commercialization experience preferred.
